Merry Christmas!

Danica

I have know this little sweetie's mom since she was a little girl, and I have known her dads parents a long time as well, I photographed their wedding also. Which makes photographing little Danica's first photo shoot an honor. At only 7 weeks, not only did she stay awake the whole sitting, she even SMILED!! here are a couple of her previews....

Danny and Katy

They say that "the beauty is in the details". the details in this wedding were phenomenal. Snowflakes were everywhere (even outside is was a light snow all day,they must have put in their order early!). The church and the reception hall, the Rivoli theater in Monmouth( a super cool place for a reception, by the way) were both decorated down to the smallest detail. We also stopped at Monmouth College for a few pics, its where they met. One of the preview pictures reminds me a lyric from a Brad Paisley song "your best man's embarrassing speech", I love that picture. Both Danny and Katy's friends and family seem like they are all so close. thanks for letting me be a part of your day, enjoy the previews.....

Jack, Alivia and Leah

These three are all 2 years old right now, well at least until big brother Jack turns 3 soon. I loved their energy, and talk about smart kids, WOW. We had a ton of fun, tried lots of things and succeeded at most! lol I am putting up individuals on my blog, coz i only got a couple of the three of them all in the same place at the same time and am saving them till all their proofs are ready!! Miah, Presley and Xavier

These kids and their parents were in for a family sitting last week.Again, i love this because I photographed their parents wedding a couple of years ago. Presley just turned 16, and if that wasnt cool enough, she just got her braces off, so i was sure to get her to smile her biggest smile! Miah was such a trooper because she was getting tired but she toughed it out and gave me some awesome, awesome smiles as you can see here! Here are a couple of their previews...

Childrens Portrait Study

Open House at d studios this sat during ol' fashioned Christmas. 1:30-4. "unveiling" the new line of childrens portraits. I am giving away the sitting for this and the finished painting to one lucky person on sat. This is a $200 value! Be sure to come in and have a cookie and register!

Arabella

Now look at this little beauty! I photographed her before she was born when I did her mom's pregnancy portraits. She is so cute, and her mom, dad and brother are so happy to have this sweet addition to the family! Here are a couple of previews.

Kalleigh, Josie and Nathan

I photographed these children's parents wedding several years ago, which means having them come to d studios is an honor. I have photographed Kalleigh several times since she was born, as well as her brother and sister several times. If you have ever been to the studio and seen the picture of a little guy dancing like crazy at a wedding, that picture is Nathan! Still one of my favorite pictures! Kayla

Kayla was in for her senior session last week. Her Dad and Grandma came along to share in the fun which I thought was awesome! I also loved her big beautiful eyes. We did some cool things for her pictures, here are a couple of previews...

Fountain pics

The park across the street from the studio has this awesome fountain, and since its now shut off and covered for the winter which always makes me sad, I am posting a few of my favorite fountain shots from this summer. (also even though imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I prefer not to release these sooner!!lol). Here is to a short winter!
