Ashley

Ashley has been trying to get her senior portraits done for a couple of weeks and we rescheduled once because of the rain, so on our "rain date", it RAINED AGAIN! So being a trooper, Ashley and her Dad came over from Abingdon anyway and we did the indoor portion of her sitting and a few in between raindrops outside. She is so adorable, and has great big brown eyes. We are still in search of a sunny day for her portraits with her car! Mmmmm,that might be a challenge with the weather we have been having! Here are a couple of her previews.

Trevor

Well, this sitting was quite an experience! Trevor's Mom Pam, knew of an abandoned building about fifteen miles away. So, in the middle of a rainstorm we drove there, the "empty" building wasnt quite so empty since we encountered other people there and then the owner of the building! But, "art" has no boundaries, and believe me we got some AWESOME shots there! Hey, never a dull moment at d studios! Trevor had been a page at the Capitol in Washington D.C. his junior year of High School, so he also brought some great props. Here are a couple of his previews!

Alexia

Alexia is a VERY busy senior from Monmouth. We had such a good time at her senior sitting. She wanted to do some pictures at the ball field, and with all the rain we have been having,we had to go out in between rain storms. As you can tell by the clouds, we had just time enough for a couple of pictures before we ran back to our cars as the rain hit. Good luck Alexia in the upcoming pageant also at the Prime Beef Festival!

Amanda

Amanda is a beautiful senior from Galva. She has this flawless porcelain skin that is amazing, and she has the sweetest personality. I hope it shows in her portraits. Here are a couple of her previews.

Wallace

I love the Wallace family, we had a great time. Last year I did Chase's senior pictures and they are a very fun-loving family. they were willing to try anything! which makes for a fun time and some great pics

Morgan

Oh boy did we have fun when Morgan came for her senior session. You have already seen some from her session with her and friend Brittany in the "all wet" session. We have one more trick up our sleeves to finish off her senior pictures and when we do those I will post some of those as well.

Chad

Chad is from Geneseo and the brother of a groom in a Wedding I am doing next year. Chad is a runner and has racked up I think they said 500 miles this summer. Cant even begin to imagine that!! They are an awesome family, and here are a couple from his session.

Laura

Laura is a senior from Rowva. She is the senior model for dstudios from that school. We had a blast when she and her mother came to the studio. Here are a couple from her sitting.

Dylan

Dylan is a senior this year, and has a unique hobby. He races at Cordova Dragstrip in his spare time. That is so cool. He brought his car along as we got some great shots.

Rainy Saturday

the rain on Saturday didnt dampen this Bride and Groom's spirits one bit. They had a beautiful Wedding in Pekin at St. Paul's Church, and the fun and the love was evident throughout the Wedding and reception. Here are a couple of previews, Sara and Craig! Cain

These twin boys kept their parent hopping when they came in for their 2 year portraits. Dressed in tuxes, they were just TOO adorable. I found a couple of canes and a top hat and boy did we end up with some great shots!!!

Addison at 6 months

Little Addison was in for her second photo shoot and d studios and is already a pro. She smiles on cue and didnt even mind the "wardrobe" changes!! Isnt she cute?

Melvin

I went to the Melvin families farm to photograph their sons. They have a beautiful farm which I so enjoyed scouting out places to use. Here are a couple from their sitting.

Angie and Willie

Angie and Willie came in for their engagement sitting, they are an awesome couple and their family is so close. It makes them all so much fun to be around!

Wildflowers

We did a wildflower session the other evening and we sure came away with some beautifully lit portraits. The kids were so cooperative, and I learned a lot from them as the girls knew and their parents are wildlife and flower lovers and they knew the types of the birds in the trees and the types of flowers in the wildflower garden. I was impressed! Here are a couple from their sitting!
