Grace

Grace's parents have been bringing her to the studio since she was a tiny baby. I cant believe how she has grown since then. Now she runs everywhere and is always giggling. She is expecting a baby brother or sister in a couple of months, but maybe she has some inside information, because she says its a girl! Here a couple previews from her sitting.

Bryant

Little six month old Bryant was in for his portraits on Sat. He is from the St. Louis area,and was in town with his Mom visiting family. His Mom had seen some of my work from friends of the family, as well as some family members who have been to d studios before. I am so glad they came in to the studio! He is a SUPER cutie, as you can see here, in his blog previews.

Griffin and Ava

Ava and Griffin were in for ava's 2 year portrait. We snuck in some of the two of the because they had little converse high top sneakers that were TOO cute. They both did awesome. We got some great shots!

chloe birthday party

We attended my great neice Chloe's birthday party on Sat. She turned 2. She has the most gorgeous eyes you will ever see. Happy Birthday Chloe!! It was so hot, so the kids were all in the pool, and having a ball. She is waiting on a baby brother in the next few weeks. so look for pictures of him in the near future!

Megan and Ryan

Megan was one of the first children I photographed when I opened the studio in Galva 7 years ago, after having it in my home since 1991!! Her brother came along after, and they have been coming to the studio ever since. I love watching the kids grow up. Here are a couple from their sitting.

Jamie and Brad

Jamie and Brad were married Saturday at a beautiful country home near Cameron. After some morning rain, which scared everyone, it cleared off in time for their ceremony. They had so many thoughtful details to help their guests enjoy the day,some of which were wicker fans and water bottles at the ceremony site that were personalized, how neat! In the receiving line, all guests were handed a small container(also personalized) with a butterfly in it, and the guests formed a large circle as the minister read the Indian legend of whispering a wish to a butterfly and releasing it, and everyone did this at the same time, which was so cool, and fun,and as one of the previews here shows, this little guy was LOVING it!!
They are an awesome couple, I met them at a bridal fair, then we got to know each other over emails and then when I did their engagement photos, which, by the way,they had put on their wedding cakes. They had a small Wedding Cake at each table for the guests to enjoy, which they did. I noticed as each table cut their cake, they were all laughing and having fun!! As you can tell it was an awesome day, here are some previews to enjoy!! Congrats to you!!

Baseball Pictures

We have been doing baseball pictures this week,it went pretty smooth. Everyone was patient and polite, I had some blow-pops for the kids after they were done.
Dylan had
his Dad's hands in the picture because he had just fell from his bike and hurt his shoulder, and wasnt feeling too well. It made for a cute picture, though!! Hope his shoulder is better. Also pictured are the triplets, Tristan Tressa and Trey.

Mother Goosebumps

thanks to all who came to Mother Goosebumps on Friday for the First Fridays event. We are going to do another set in AUG OR SEPT, keep watching for info about that, and of course we will be there for Christmas pics in Nov and then again for the bunnies in March!!!

Kari and Travis

chicago trip

We went to Chicago on the train, two of my favorite things, downtown Chicago and riding the train! YAY! Here are a couple of pictures. The new Trump building is amazing. These are pics from Watertower place and the city one is from the window of the cab doing about 90mph!!

Lily and Isabelle

Lily has a new baby sister, Isabelle and is she ever adorable. We did some new family shots, some of the two girls and some for Isabelle's first portrait sitting alone. Congrats to the family!
