Lily's 2!

Lily has been coming to get her portraits done here since she was a tiny baby. A friend gave her a newborn sitting gift cetificate and the rest is "history". For sure, she has had some adorable pictures, and her and her cousins are my "trial kids" for my new sets coz they are so adorable! Here are a couple from her sitting.

Ringin' in the New Year

Jared and Stephanie got married in a fabulous New Year's Eve Wedding. Talk about some fun people, this couple fits the description. I met Jared a few years ago when I took his senior portraits, and I met the Johnson family last year when I took Stephanie's sister Sammy's senior pictures. They are all wonderful people, i feel like i have known them forever, they are so welcoming. A LARGE number( I'll bet over 400) of people enjoyed the chance to go out on New Year's Eve and enjoy this wedding and reception. I took a ton of pictures, here are a few previews!

Heather and Pat

On a VERY cold and windy day in December, Pat and Heather were married in a beautiful ceremony at Lake Calhoun Clubhouse. I had previously taken their engagement pictures at the beginning of the year, so it was great to see them through on this day as well. We even ventured outside for a very brief photo session at sunset. All enjoyed dinner and dancing after the pictures were taken.

The Favri's

Little Landon was not real happy with me when he first came in, but he warmed up and we got some great family pictures and one for his second b-day pic.

Stewart Brothers

Drew and Austin were in for some pictures of the two of them at their mother's request, and they were happy to do so and we did some cool pics with their hats and hoodies! This one was one of my favorites.

Happy New Year!

I spent New Year's Eve at a gorgeous wedding, it was absolutely beautiful. A LOT of people were there enjoying it as well, and what a way to start the new year! Stephanie and Jared are as sweet as they are adorable! I will be posting a few pictures on the blog in a day or so,for a sneak peek! Thanks to the Johnson family for being so open and welcoming to me, and allowing me to capture your memories!
